Reply: I don't feel anything (afraid, sad, etc) with the demotion / staff-quiting because it's only IRC and to be honest, I made the post just to clarify the actual situation so that everyone knows what was happening instead of pointing fingers to me. I don't give any shits about the cronyism because I stood on my own when I got IRCop and I deserved it so that I don't talk shits about the hierarchy like you do. I made the point @ ".. To be true, we don’t have to be afraid to make friend or non-friend with anyone because this country has laws and policies. What I’m trying to point out is does it make you younger or older than 10 years old kid to fight over IRC access in real life? .."
Mengapa ini terjadi? Ia dapat dilihat dengan pengurusan yang tidak tersusun serta sikap ambil mudah terhadap orang lama. Pihak pengurusan kampung tidak membuat keputusan dengan bijak menyinkirkan orang-orang ini dengan alasan tidak munasabah seperti tidak terlibat dengan aktiviti sosial seperti gathering dan melepak dengan “Kroni beliau” serta menjadikan isu diancam serta ugut sebagai simpati kepada orang ramai.
Reply: The #kampung's management is much much more better than before, that's what I heard from a lot of users. The minority group (like you) seems does not fit to be in this legacy because you jeopardize the integrity and value of this community by discriminating people based on their seniority and favoritism rather than the actual contributions. Once again, "I don't give any shits about the cronyism because I stood on my own when I got IRCop and I deserved it so that I don't talk shits about the hierarchy like you do." The users who got promoted by the #kampung's management are very well-deserved to be in the groups. I don't take take sympathy from people because I stand on my own rather than gang-up with anyone to make any protests which made me think you guys are the one actually who desperately begging for the sympathy in the way like you did (made a whole blog to protest #kampung's management) which sounds very pathetic and contrary from what you had described. The truth is, the person who threatened me is the one who actually need the sympathy because that person going crazy over IRC stuffs and I had laughed all day long when I read over IRC how fanatic they became and beyond idiotic.
Takda masa nak ugut-ugut orang ni. Orang main irc cuma suka-suka & cari kawan saja jangan jadi macam kanak-kanak kendos.

Being apart of this community is actually to be involved with the society, not by ass-licking someone to get the position. So, people who got the access doesn't have to like or dislike me because I treat everyone equally. The prove? I don't/didn't remove Rio, soul or adidas from #kampung (adidas - I demoted him SOP > AOP and then HE removed himself, soul - HE removed himself, Rio - I demoted to VOP and he STILL VOP).
Adakah satu kesalahan tidak terlibat dengan aktiviti sosial seperti gathering atau melepak di kopitiam? Tidak semua orang ingin menonjolkan diri kepada orang ramai. Orang main irc just suka-suka untuk berseronok dengan kawan-kawan bukan nak cari lawan. Setengah orang dah tak suka nak hadir aktiviti sosial macam gathering, kalau sempat pun lepak kedai minum itu pun kalau ada masa. Perlu ka kita paksa orang? kalau tak hadir kena hukum. Itulah yang terjadi sekarang ini, tak kisah apa nak jadi tapi hukum dalam dunia maya saja. hahaha…
Reply: I don't say it's wrong if you not attended any gatherings but it would be helpful if you came at least once so that we can get to know the people in a way that everyone's happy to make friends because a lot of people are not happy when we invested a lot of MONEY and TIME to make the gatherings but then the chanops didn't give any shits about it. So who got blamed? The event or the people? You answer! So, you're saying that no's one asking for enemy over IRC but I think, you're the group who made the craziest protest in the way that people think you ARE actually the enemy. This is not about punishment, it's about justice and credibility of the people.
Tentang isu seorang bekas SOp (tak penah jumpa tp ada akses), beliau menyatakan pernah berjumpa dengan “si polan“. Takkan salah sendiri tak nampak, isu memilih bulu ataupun memilih kawan menjadi persoalan. Apabila ditanya kepada “si polan” menafikan pernah berjumpa dengan beliau. Inikah pemimpin yang jujur atau pun putar alam? Sebenarnya banyak lagi cita, mls nak karang ja. sendiri mau pk la!
Reply: I am a manager and allowed (veto) to choose anyone that I feel deserved to be in the #kampung's management team. KHiND has been helping me since the day that I took over the channel management and he deserved to be excluded from the terms and stays as SOP. Moreover, I told you the truth (I met him - but over webcam, we still call it a rendez-vous so what's the problem? One tip, when you wanna ask question to anyone, MAKE IT VERY CLEAR). KHiND also attended one of our coffee talks (which I was invited) but unfortunately, I was unable to come on that day due to busy with work and he actually being apart of the society because we have our representatives (#kampung chanops) in the event. So, whether he was chosen by me or through the gath, it doesn't matter because no one's wrong. However eventually, I had to demote KHiND to VOP because he made double-face and gang-up with you to protest in repulsive manner and being disrespectful to the channel management.
Nak jadi pemimpin kena cakap telus dan adil baru bleh jadi pemimpin. Kalau pemimpin putar belit alam jadi macam cerita P Ramlee. Kenal 2 watak dalam cita 3 Abdul tuh? kaki putar alam la tuh, last-last diri tergadai baru nak malu. hehehe…

Cuba anda fikirkan jika ada seorang individu sponsor satu syarikat ikan bilis untuk mengadakan satu aktiviti sosial dan selepas aktiviti tersebut individu tersebut mendapat jawatan dalam syarikat ianya sama juga dengan menjual jawatan tersebut untuk kepentingan syarikat mahupun individu.
